Small Games of Chance Licenses

Available to eligible non-profit organizations which have been in existence at least one year at the time of application.
License valid for one calendar year from issue.
Provide current copy of organization's charter, articles of incorporation or bylaw when applying for license.
An executive officer or secretary must be present to apply for license.
Maximum prize limits for regular raffles is $500 to an individual and no more than $5,000 awarded within a week's time.
Special raffle permit is available for raffles in excess of regular raffle limits, but not to exceed $25,000.
Regular small games of chance license fee - $100.
Occasional small games of chance license fee - $10 (special eligibility requirements).
Special raffle permit fee - $25 (must first purchase regular small games of chance license).

Bingo Licenses

Available to eligible non-profit organizations which have been in existence at least one year at the time of application.
License valid for one calendar year from issue.
Provide current copy of organization's charter, articles of incorporation or bylaw when applying for license.
An executive officer or secretary must be present to apply for license.
May only conduct bingo twice in a week.
Maximum payout for any single calendar day is $4,000.
Regular bingo license fee - $100.
Limited bingo license fee - $15 (not to exceed 3 consecutive days).
